IRT Chamber started issuance of Carnet De-Passage from Karachi for Tourists, Traders and for Zairians. First Carnet De-Passage issued to Bus No. JB-5145 and Bus with dedicated 45 visitors has proceeded to Iraq via Iran to attend the Arbaeen ceromancies of the holly event.
