- To provide Russian Visa Invitation for TIR Drivers and facilitate TIR Drivers on route in Russian territory.
- To mediate for business, financial disputes between Russia and Pakistani TIR Holders on behalf of IRT Chamber.
- To provide assistance and facilitation to IRT member TIR Operators to get Vehicle’s Russian Transport Certificate for TIR Operators.
