Regional Connectivity for Shared Prosperity (Pakistan-Kazakhstan)

The Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, H.E. Mr. Y. Kistafin, held a meeting for Strengthening Regional Connectivity to Share Prosperity between brotherly Countries Pakistan-Kazakhstan.

President, IRT Chamber of Pakistan (IRTCoP) Rana Asif Khan and S.V.P IRTCoP Amir Malik attended the meeting. The meeting was co-organized by The Strategy 53 Trade & Transport Advisory.  During the meeting, H.E. Mr. Y. Kistafin informed the participants about the work being carried out by the Embassy to enhance cooperation between Kazakhstan and Pakistan in the development of international rail and road transport corridors. The Ambassador shared Kazakhstan’s mid-term plans, highlighted the growing trade turnover between the two countries.

The Ambassador shared Kazakhstan’s mid-term plans, highlighted the growing trade turnover between the two countries, and emphasized the mutual interest of business communities in strengthening collaboration across various sectors, including agriculture, pharmaceuticals, textile industry, and others.

IRTCoP management appreciated the sincere work done, by the Ambassador of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, for strengthening regional connectivity for shared prosperity (Pakistan-Kazakhstan).

IRTCoP President highlighted importance of TIR Operators in term of road connectivity between Pakistan-Kazakhstan. He emphasized the importance of Drivers Multiple Visa issuance, in easy process by Kazakhstan, will enable TIR Operators to perform their logistic services smoothly.  

In the meeting, the suggestion of the IRTCoP was acceded by the H.E. Mr. Y. Kistafin, a delegation, especially of IRT Chamber’s Member TIR Operators to be organized, for by road visit to Kazakhstan. The delegation, based on TIR Operators & other relevant logistic & Infrastructure entities, is to be organized for study and corridor development introduction purpose. After accomplishment of the visit, the study and observation report of the IRTCoP-TIR Delegation visit will be presented to H.E. Mr. Y. Kistafin, along with Pakistan-Kazakhstan and other international stakeholders.

• First come first will be considered, (subject to approval by the delegation organizer)
• IRT Chamber reserves the right of refusal for any applicant to a delegation.
• Pakistan- Kazakhstan and en-route countries laws shall apply.
• Tour cost will be shared prorate base by all delegation.
• Printing cost of Visit report, advertisements, V-Logging & Social Media visual clips will also be shared prorate base by all delegation.
