The PNC-ICC and TIR Operators has approached to the ministry of commerce and informed about their problems in the Operation matters facing, due to lack of awareness of TIR Rules and Procedures, custom staff posted at various custom stations.
Ministry of Communications has requested the Directorate General of Transit Trade to issue a circular to all Custom Officers at Border Crossing Points and Dry Ports in Pakistan to facilitate TIR Operations and Operations under transit trade agreements.
The advising letter issued by the Ministry of Commerce F. No. 18(4)/2021-CARs dated 27th December, 2023 is produced for reference and information.
