To facilitate and lead, guide the delegations of trade, transport under IRT Chamber.
To suggest cooperation for capacity building, education of drivers, logistic infrastructure.
To motivate & facilitate Russian TIR Operators for developing Corridor between Russia-Pakistan.
To provide Russian Visa Invitation for TIR Drivers and facilitate TIR Drivers on route in Russian territory.
To mediate for business, financial disputes between Russia and Pakistani TIR Holders on behalf of IRT Chamber.
To provide assistance and facilitation to IRT member TIR Operators to get Vehicle's Russian Transport Certificate for TIR Operators.
