Pak-Tajikistan Bi-Lateral Transit Trade Draft Rules Issued By FBR
A Bilateral Transit Trade Agreement was signed between both the countries on December 14, 2022
Now following the Agreement FBR has issued Draft Rules through S.R.O. 286(1)/2023 Dated March 02, 2023 and have invited from stakeholders the objections or suggestions thereon, if any, may for consideration of the Board be sent within fifteen days of publication of the draft amendments. Any objections or suggestions which may be received from any person, before the expiry of the aforesaid period, shall be taken into consideration by the Federal Board of Revenue.
